The MATB-II distribution is governed by a United States Government General Public Release, which limits its dissemination.

Please note that the MATB-II public software release does not contain source code.

In order to comply with NASA directives, potential MATB-II users will be required to setup an account in the NASA Software Catalog, and follow the prompts to  request the software . The Software Release Office will process the requests made through the NASA  Software Catalog. If you experience any issue with setting up the account, please send an e-mail to larc-sra@mail.nasa.gov  .

Due to U.S. Export Control policy NASA officials might be unable to respond to communications or disseminate MATB to certain individuals or countries.
